Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". You'll be guided through confirmation steps before deletion.

Yes, all your training data is securely stored in the cloud and synced across devices when you're signed in.

Some features require an internet connection, such as AI coaching and leaderboards. Drill browsing works offline with cached data.
